We are the premiere photo booth company for SWFL serving Fort Myers, Naples, Sanibel, Marco Island, Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. Limelight Photo Booths, which was founded in 2008 has been around since the beginning of the photo booth craze. We are a full service photo booth rental company that can also handle your wedding photography and videography needs. We specialize in high end events and have past clients ranging from Cirque Du Soliel, Coolio, The Bachelor, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Gillette, and MacMillan Publishing. For schools, we have had our employees fingerprinted with full background checks and are a preferred vendor with Lee County Schools. We are fully insured and have worked with all of the high end hotels in the area including the Waldorf Astoria, the Ritz Carlton, and many others.
How it works...Prior to your event starting we will have a staff member onsite to setup the photo booth. Our photo booth staff is located in Ft Myers and Naples so drive times are minimal. Setup usually takes roughly a half hour, the only thing we will need from the event staff is a table and a power outlet. We have two types of setups one which is a small black canvas privacy tent that is ideal for outdoor events. And we also have a fully enclosed expandable pipe and drape setup that is for indoor or more elegant events. The enclosure can either be white or black depending on your needs. All of our enclosures offer true privacy so your guests can get as silly or as wild as they want. Once setup our attendants will stay with the photo booth the entire evening ensuring that your guests know how to properly use it and to help with any potential issues that may arise. They will then pose themselves using our live view monitor so that they know exactly how the photo will look before it’s taken. Many of our competitors do not have this available with their booths and we can tell you that it makes all the difference in the world with the quality of your photos. After four photos are taken of your guests the booth will automatically print out two copies of a film strip of all four photos. This strip can be customized with a header and footer of your choice to match the look and theme of your event. We can include a corporate logo, the names of the bride and groom, “Happy Birthday”, or any other message that you would like to convey. The border of the photo and the font can also be changed to a multitude of colors. For weddings or parties we do offer a scrapbook that is a very nice keepsake. With the addition of a scrapbook our attendant will have your guest paste one of the film strips from each session into the scrapbook where they can write a message to the bride and groom.

1. Why Should I rent from Limelight Photo Booths?
Our photo booths new open-air concept makes them perfect for any event, rain or shine. Most companies would have problems getting their booths to certain venues but this is not a problem for Limelight. Our photo booths are extremely practical and can be set up at any event location. We also use the best possible printing techniques to provide the highest quality photos. From our fun scrapbooks to our memorable photo strip holders, our full service price is considerably lower than our competitors.
2. How does your photo booth work?
Stuff as many people as will fit inside the booth, press the button, and make a funny face. The guests will see themselves on the screen inside and the booth will take four consecutive photos within 5 seconds of each other. After the last photo is taken, the picture will print out of the side of the booth. Enjoy the new photo shots or return to the booth and try some new poses.
3. How long can we rent the photo booth for? Is there a minimum or maximum amount of hours?
There is a 2 hour minimum and no maximum, we will stay as long as you want us to.
4. What quality of prints does your booth produce?
Limelight uses a Canon digital camera and our booths use a Sony (dye-sublimation) printer and are photo lab quality. Our printers produce durable, water resistant prints that last a lifetime. The color photos are great and the black and white photos provide that "Old School" look.
5. Can we choose between Color or Black & White photos?
Yes, you can decide prior to the event if you want the pictures in Black & White or in Color.
6. How much room do you need to set up the photo booth?
Our photo booths are very practical and are made to fit anywhere our clients want. The photo booth area takes up 4ft x 6ft floor space. We will also need space for a small table, if you want to have a photo scrapbook area.
7. How many people can fit in the booth together?
Our photo booths have been designed to fit three or four people very comfortably. If your guests are willing to squeeze together, many more can fit in the photo.
8. How many photos can my guests take?
All of our rental packages include unlimited photos.
9. How much does delivery and set up cost?
There is no charge for delivery within 50 miles of Lee County. Outside of that area, there is a charge of $1.00 per mile. Set up and removal are both included as part of your rental.
10. What is required to rent a photo booth?
All Limelight requires is a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due 14 days prior to the event.
